Third day in South-west of WA

After leaving Albany, I begun to miss this lovely town. Quiet, Peace and clean are the impressions what Albany brought to me. 3rd of Jan was almost spent on the way to Augusta. On the way, we went to visit the tree top walk, which was very scary. Walk 30 meters over the ground, even can touch the branches of the trees. And most of the trees in this National Park are hundreds years old. Then move on to the destination. On the way, we dropped on a small town called Denmark, the same name with the EU country. Ha. that place was a little bit different from WA where is dry and full of yellow grass. Denmark is really like Europe. Green grass, streams and cows everywhere. Here is the paradise for backpackers. You can drive your wagon into the bush, and spend a beautiful afternoon in forest. Nearly in the evening we arrived at Augusta and we lived in Augusta Motel. Opposite the motel, there is a pub, we roasted steak by ourself in the pub and watch the country show( dancing and country music) with a glass of wine.

Second Day in Albany

2nd was fabulous, we visited natural bridge  and the gap in the morning. However, the weather turned  his face into cloudy and started to rain soon. We had to go back to the backpackers, there we had a chance to chat with the owner. He graduated at UWA as well, hahaha, and his wife was still studying there. I know it was difficult to live apart for couple. He treated his customers like real friends, he gave us visitor maps and showed everywhere that be valuable to visit. In that afternoon, I talked with some of the backpackers who lived here, most of them were from Europe and which is valuable to be mentioned is that most of them have got a wagon!! that means they can travel around the region without booking a living place. What a great life. Keep driving until tired, settle in the bush, my friends, try to image what a beautiful life they have. Cause the population in Australia wspecially in WA is very small, nearly cant see a person for driving couple of minutes. But what I want to introduce is that the style of this kind of travelling. If Chinese young people can extend this mode, it would be great to bring benefits to the rural areas and also will promote the tourism in those areas.

First day in Albany.

We left Perth in the early morning on 1st of Jan. It is like we were chasing the sun in the first day of 2011, what a wonderful beginning of the trip: only several cars in the street, the sun was not strong and the  breeze was touching our faces. See the picture on the top. Haha. You all know that in Australia, we drive the opposite way with China. Thats a little bit dangerous if you dont get use to drive here. And another suggestion, do not drive too fast in the high way even though you cant see any cars, the Kangaroos would jump out at any time. Well, I will show you guys if you have time travel to Perth. We arrived at Albany 5 hours later which was just afternoon, we had spent a beautiful afternoon in the beach. In the evening, we went to the backpackers which we have booked online. What surprised me was that many travellers from Europe had settled here for around 1 month! They even worked for the backpackers or motels for the expense and then rent. They just relax their lives here and after that move to another city, continue the similar life. Interesting right? Try to think about if this works in China, should be more attactive and valuable to you guys.

went to the southwest of WA!!!!!!!!

After a long long long semester, I came to summer holiday finally. On 1st Jan of 2011 which is the newest day of 2011. Because it is public holiday, we hired 2 brand new corolla on the last day of 2010. PS: there are nearly no shops open on public holiday or Sundays, I dont know it is the government choice or the owner's. But I think, shops open during weekends or holidays will get more revenu, isnt it? So my loverly friends, a Big difference with China right? We will open later during weekends. Lets move back to the trip. It means that we have to pay one more day for the cars. But nothing will impact our beautiful mood, try to imagin the lovely sunshine in Albany and the gourmet wine in Margaret River and the south west cape of Australia, can I see south pole from the tower in Augusta? I will update soon.

the feeling of UWA business school

UWA business school is a new and modern building which was set up in 2009. You will feel strong Commercial breath here. The main issue I want to address here is to introduce the atmosphere of class. Not like china, the lectures keep speaking and most of the students would fall into sleep. The students here are very active in class; it seems that they are very active and confident. They attend the discussion and debate. Moreover, we don’t have presentations right? You cant imagine how many speeches we should do my lovely friends. I have to cooperate with those group members from everywhere of the world. But this is really brilliant, I love to work with them and have fun most time. This is a way to learn more effectively, isn’t it?

The life I just arrived in Perth

I arrived in Perth on 19th Jan, 2010 by Singapore airlines. This was my second time to come to Australia, my first trip in Aus was in Tasmania where is like Europe very much, not like Perth, dry and hot weather. However, I like Perth very much, it is quite and very clean and people here are very friendly. I was still worry about my English a bit, although I have learned that for more than ten years (shame to say), but all of you know the reasons :). Australia is a quite big country with that small population. You may find the opportunities here are very attractive. Perth is the capital city of Western Australia, WA's economy is boosting under the booming of mineral industry. The average salary is more then any other Eastern states. Haha, wondering to see this beautiful city? Let me put some pics here to share with you all.
